Nov 10, 2019 - Sunday Brunch at @bucksbbqco is always a great idea, especially when Jim does his fantastic Butterfinger Brisket.
Pair that with a sweet cream pancake topped with crumbled Butterfinger, peanut butter caramel, and crushed peanut brittle and you have an insanely well composed dish!
But it doesn't stop there. I've always said that adding good brisket makes just about anything better. In this case, they're doing a Grilled Cheese-n-Brisket, using their house made pimento cheese on Texas Toast stuffed with the regular non-Butterfinger brisket.
Don't forget the side of "John Mueller Cheesey Squash!"
