* The past year has been a transformative one, not only physically but mentally. A year ago, I was eating poorly, not working out, and avoiding social situations because of my lack of confidence. One day, I decided enough was enough. With the help of my AMAZING trainer Kristin, I got my life back on track. I went from not being able to do a single push-up to being able to do 40 in a minute. Went from walking on incline to sprinting on a stair master. And my biggest accomplishment, hip thrusting 300 lbs. I’ve lost weight, but gained serious muscle. The number on the scale doesn’t matter because I feel UNSTOPPABLE. I may not look much different from a year ago, but mentally I am SO MUCH STRONGER. I handle stress well and love setting new goals for myself. What got me through? Amazing support from my husband, friends, ABW family, and my excellent trainer Kristin. No diet pills or tummy belts. The best part though? I ATE ALLL THE CARBS 💋💋💋
