Look, these meals may seem pretty boring but my excitement for the week ahead means I don’t mind 🙃 still can’t believe that peak week is here
My training this week is a mix of HIIT workouts, cardio and lower reps. Peak week isn’t about lifting heavy, but rather focusing on muscle contraction in each movement 💪🏼 especially the booty 😉

Meals this week start low carb with carbs increasing a couple days before the show 🙌🏼 and my personal focus this week will be on clearing my mind, reducing stress and living in the moment 😌
I have worked so hard to get here and I really want to make the most of every second! Once I get on that plane ✈️ all the hard work is done and nothing else matters - just being present & taking everything in 😍
